Vegan Loaded Sweet Potato

Ingredients:

    Two medium sweet potatoes
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 bunch kale
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    Green Goddess Dressing

Preparation:

Preheat stove to 375 degrees. Line heating sheet with material paper.
