Cauliflower Nuggets

Ingredients:

    1 kg head of cauliflower
      1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    60 g cheddar cheese
    50 g  mozzarella
    breadcrumbs

Preparation:

Steam the cauliflower until sufficiently delicate to pound with a fork.
Crush all the fluid out of the cauliflower.

Blend cauliflower, salt, seasonings, breadcrumbs, egg, mozzarella and ground cheddar until a ball is shaped.
Structure ball into chunks.
Move chunks in additional breadcrumbs.

Warmth around 1 tbsp. additional virgin olive oil and sear chunks until brilliant.
